Sometimes they have annocements on the radio or you can look for casting calls online or pehaps you could contact diseny. I doubt you can find an agent who works for diseny. It doesn’t really work like that.

I am a fan of the saying anything can do anything if they work hard enough. I doubt the first job you get is something like Hannah Montana. But start small. Audition for a play at school, don’t be afraid to mess up. Start taking voice lessons. Start dancing. Work hard. Start in community theatre and gradually go higher and higher. And don’t let anyone shatter your dream. (yes, I know i’m corny)
